Balance

There is an intrinsic force that runs through every thread of life. A delicate waltz of push and pull.

There are many degrees of balance that we can observe:- from standing on one foot or riding a bicycle to staying calm in stressful situations or using equal amounts of optimism and realism. Then come the more intangible aspects, such as the never-ending juggle of home/life/raising children/work.
There is no denying that whether you’re trying to get your health in check or strengthing an emotionally reciprocal relationship, the need for mindfulness is imperative.
